Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions about this company and its services.

How do I book a taxi in Delhi with Gayatri Tours & Travels?

Message us on WhatsApp or call +91 93197 76549 with your pickup point, date, time and trip type. We confirm the fare and vehicle before dispatching a driver.

Do you charge a cancellation fee?

Cancellations made well before pickup are free. Cancellations close to pickup time, after a driver has already been assigned and is en route, may forfeit part of any advance paid.

Is the fare fixed or does it change during the trip?

The fare is fixed and confirmed before the driver is dispatched. It only changes if you add stops, extend waiting time beyond the free allowance, or extend the trip distance.

Which vehicle should I choose for an airport pickup?

A sedan (Swift Dzire, Amaze, Aura) suits one or two passengers with standard luggage. For three or more passengers or extra bags, an Ertiga or Innova is more comfortable.

Do drivers track my flight for airport pickups?

Yes. We take your flight number at booking and the driver adjusts arrival timing for early landings or delays, so you aren't charged extra waiting time caused by the airline.

What's included in an outstation round-trip fare?

A per-kilometre rate with a daily minimum kilometre guarantee, driver allowance, and overnight halt charges for nights the vehicle stays outside Delhi. Tolls and state entry tax are billed separately at actual cost.
